How to Get Started with Kukarella: Free Trial, Cancellations, and More

Is there a free trial available?

Absolutely! You can avail yourself of our complimentary trial under our Free Plan. The best part is you don't need to provide your credit card details to access these free credits.

How can I cancel subscription?

The cancellation process is straightforward. Navigate to our 'Pricing' page and select the 'cancel' option. This will direct you to the Stripe dashboard, where you can manage your subscription. If you encounter any difficulties, feel free to email us at support@kukarella.com. Remember, you can cancel subscription anytime and continue using your plan until the end of your billing period. Once your paid plan expires, you'll be shifted to a free plan, and the Pro features will be disabled.

Can I request a refund?

Yes, you can. If our service doesn't meet your expectations, you can ask for a refund within 15 days of your initial payment. We process refunds within one business day - no hard feelings, no questions asked. Just send us email to support@kukarella.com with your request and we will take care of the rest

What are top-ups?

Are you running low on credits? No worries! Top-Ups will allow you to purchase characters for text to speech conversion or minutes for audio transcription without having to change your current plan.

Are my payments secure?

Absolutely. Your payment information is secure as we don't have access to it. All transactions, whether for a subscription plan or one-time purchase, are processed directly through Stripe.

How can I delete my account?

Simply send an email to support@kukarella.com to request an account deletion. We'll handle the rest.

Can I switch my subscription plan?

Of course! You have the liberty to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you switch, the payment is automatically prorated. Additionally, you can choose between a monthly or an annual subscription - the latter can save you up to 40%.

We hope this answers your questions! Don't hesitate to reach out if you have further queries.
