How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime with just a few clicks:

  1. Go to the Pricing page.
  2. Click “Cancel” to be redirected to your Stripe dashboard.
  3. Manage or cancel your subscription there.

After cancellation, your paid plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. Once it ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free Plan and Pro features will be disabled.

Can I request a refund?

Yes. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, just email support@kukarella.com within 15 days of purchase and we’ll process your refund within one business day — no questions asked.

 

What are top-ups?

Top-ups let you purchase extra credits without changing your current plan. They’re perfect for larger projects or when you run out of monthly credits.

Are my payments secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe — we never store or see your payment details.

 

How can I delete my account?

Can I switch my subscription plan?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime.

  • Changes are automatically prorated.
  • You can also switch between monthly and yearly billing.
