How can I pause my plan?

You just finished work on your current project, and have come to the conclusion that you will not be using Kukarella for a month. Then why pay? In this case, you can pause your subscription. For up to 30 days after you pause your account, you can renew your plan and maintain access to all of your projects.

What are top-ups?

Are you running low on credits? No worries! Top-Ups will allow you to purchase characters for text to speech conversion or minutes for audio transcription without having to change your current plan.

How can I get free credits?

Referral bonuses allow you to acquire credits without having to spend a dime. You can get them by referring people to any one of our paid plans. Once the new paid subscription has been verified, the appropriate bonus credits will be applied to your current balance.

Are my payments secure?

We do not have any access to your payment information. All payments are processed directly through PayPal, whether they are for a subscription plan or a one-time top-up purchase.

Can I use it for commercial purposes?

With Kukarella’s paid subscription plan you can use created voiceovers for any sort of commercial purposes.

The Google, IBM, Microsoft and Amazon’s terms of service give ownership of resulting sound recording copyrights to the recorded files to the user of the application, as long as the user paid for the conversion and the text is your original text created or otherwise legally used by the application user. “My original text” is assumed to mean you wrote (created) the text. That means that you hold the copyright to the text, and only you can authorize a derivative work (such as a synthesized recording).

Therefore, you hold the copyright to the recordings as well. The crucial consideration governing that right is that you “created” the work, meaning that there is a modicum of creativity.

What if I want to cancel my plan?

You can cancel your subscription at any time and can continue using your plan till the end of your billing period. Please remember that when you paid plan expires, you will be transferred to a free plan. This means that all Pro features will be disabled.

What if I decide to change my plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Just select the plan you want to switch to and the payment will be automatically prorated.
