How to Cancel and Renew Your Kukarella Subscription

Need to pause your subscription? Kukarella gives you the flexibility to cancel and renew your plan at any time — no hassle, no penalties.

🔻 Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to the Pricing Page
  2. Locate your current plan
  3. Click “Cancel”
  4. Confirm the cancellation in the Stripe portal

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period. After that, your account automatically switches to the Free Plan.

🔁 Renewing Your Subscription

When you’re ready to come back:

  1. Return to the Pricing Page
  2. Select “Renew Plan” under your preferred option
  3. Confirm your renewal through Stripe

If you’re within your 30-day grace period, all unused credits from your previous subscription will be restored automatically.
